Sales pipelines and opportunities

Visualize your sales pipeline and move opportunities between stages from WhatsApp.

Create a pipeline

  1. Go to CRM > Pipelines > New pipeline.
  2. Define stages (e.g. New, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Won).
  3. Assign responsible agents per stage if applicable.

Manage opportunities

  • From a conversation, click + Opportunity to create one linked to the contact.
  • Drag cards between stages in the Kanban view.
  • Add estimated value, close date, and notes.

Pipeline automations

Configure automatic actions when moving an opportunity:

  • Send a follow-up template when entering “Proposal”
  • Notify the supervisor when reaching “Negotiation”
  • Create a reminder task if it has been more than 7 days without movement
