Sales pipelines and opportunities
Visualize your sales pipeline and move opportunities between stages from WhatsApp.
Create a pipeline
- Go to CRM > Pipelines > New pipeline.
- Define stages (e.g. New, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Won).
- Assign responsible agents per stage if applicable.
Manage opportunities
- From a conversation, click + Opportunity to create one linked to the contact.
- Drag cards between stages in the Kanban view.
- Add estimated value, close date, and notes.
Pipeline automations
Configure automatic actions when moving an opportunity:
- Send a follow-up template when entering “Proposal”
- Notify the supervisor when reaching “Negotiation”
- Create a reminder task if it has been more than 7 days without movement
