Manage users and roles
Invite agents, assign permissions, and organize your team in whapi.chat.
Available roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Administrator | Full access, billing, settings |
| Supervisor | Agent management, reports, campaigns |
| Agent | Inbox, assigned contacts, replies |
| Read-only | View reports and conversations |
Invite users
- Go to Administration > Users > Invite.
- Enter the new member’s email.
- Select the role.
- The invitee will receive an email to create their password.
Deactivate users
Deactivated users lose access immediately, but their conversation history is kept for auditing.
