Connect Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and TikTok

Link Facebook pages, Instagram accounts, and TikTok accounts from Conexiones.

Where it is

In Conexiones you will find the Meta and TikTok tabs.

Open the Meta tab.
Click Conectar cuenta de Meta (Connect Meta account) (or Reconectar Meta if the token expired).
Authorize the permissions in Meta. If permissions are missing, the connection will not complete.
You will see the linked Meta profile and the session expiration date.
Below, two blocks appear:
- Páginas de Facebook (Facebook Pages)
- Cuentas de Instagram (Instagram Accounts)

On each page or account you can open the settings (page modal) and manage message subscription when the system asks for it.

If the Token de Meta expirado (Meta token expired) notice appears, use Reconectar Meta.

The number of Meta pages allowed depends on your plan.

Open the TikTok tab.
Click Conectar cuenta (Connect account).
Complete TikTok OAuth (the return is handled on the app’s OAuth callback route).
Connected accounts are listed on cards with a status indicator.

Common actions per account:

Editar (Edit) account settings
Desconectar (Disconnect) (becomes inactive; you can reactivate without repeating all of OAuth)
Reactivar (Reactivate) an inactive account
Eliminar (Delete) the account completely

If there are no accounts, the empty state tells you to use Conectar cuenta.

Messages from Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok arrive in Chats along with the other channels, identified by the source channel.
