Connect WhatsApp Business (Cloud API / WABA)

Register your WhatsApp Business API account from Conexiones with Meta’s embedded flow.

Where it is

In the panel go to Conexiones and open the WhatsApp Business tab.

Connect the account

1. In the top bar, click Conectar WhatsApp Business (Connect WhatsApp Business).
2. Complete Meta’s embedded flow (Embedded Signup) to register your WABA account and number in one step.
3. When finished, the account appears in the list with its phone numbers.

There is no internal “verify by SMS” form inside whapi.chat: linking happens in Meta’s flow.

What you will see on each WABA

For each connected account:

• Name, platform ID, and business.
• Suscrito / No suscrito (Subscribed / Not subscribed) chip. If not subscribed, you can click Suscribir (Subscribe) to enable webhooks.
• números de teléfono (phone numbers) table with:
  • Number and verified name
  • Name status on Meta
  • Code verification status
  • Quality
  • Cloud API status (Registrado / No registrado). If registration is missing, use Registrar (Register).

If your plan includes WhapiBot, you will also see IA toggles and an Agente selector per number.

Limits

The connect button is disabled if your plan does not allow more WABA numbers or if you reach the configured maximum.
