Quotes

Manage quotes in Comercial, generate PDF with IGV, and work in PEN or USD.

Where they are

Go to Comercial → Cotizaciones (/quotes).

The screen has a list and analytics. Opening a quote shows the detail (items, payments, delivery, notes, and due date).

What you can do

• Create or edit a quote with products, quantities, and prices.
• Apply IGV per item and see totals with IGV (18%) in the PDF.
• Show amounts in local currency (PEN / S/) or in USD (displayCurrencyCode).
• Generate installments with the payment generator (monthly, biweekly, or weekly frequency).
• Export or send the quote PDF (including the option to send it by chat when applicable).

PDF

The quote PDF includes item headers, subtotal, IGV, and total, with the display currency (PEN or USD).

Relation to collections

Projected quote payments appear in Cobranza → Calendario de pagos (projections / quotes mode). Confirmed sales are managed in Comercial → Ventas.
