Products and inventory

Manage Categorías, Productos, and Inventario, and sync with Shopify or WooCommerce if you have the add-on.

Involved menus

Under Logística:

  • Categorías (/categories) — category and subcategory tree.
  • Productos (/products) — catalog.
  • Inventario (/inventario) — variants, stock, and adjustments.

Categorías

  1. Go to Logística → Categorías.
  2. Create categories and, if applicable, subcategories.
  3. Use them when organizing the product catalog.

Productos

  1. Go to Logística → Productos.
  2. Create or edit products (data, image, prices, channels).
  3. If you have the corresponding add-on installed and credentials configured in Administración → Complementos:
    • Shopify: import and sync catalog.
    • WooCommerce: import and sync catalog.
  4. You can retry sync per channel or run a mass sync when the add-on is active.

Without the add-on installed and connected, that channel’s import/sync actions will not be available.

Inventario

  1. Go to Logística → Inventario.
  2. Manage variants (create, edit) and adjust stock.
  3. Filter by product or search as needed.

Inventory works on catalog variants; it does not replace the product record in Productos.
