Plans and limits

Elite, Pro, and Personalizado: pricing, trial, PayPal, and module flags on whapi.chat.

Available plans

whapi.chat offers three main options:

Concrete limits (connections, agents, monthly credits, etc.) depend on the contracted plan and are shown when you choose the plan or in Plan y suscripción.

Plan modules (flags)

Each plan can enable or disable modules. In the plan configuration you will see, among others:

• useCampaigns — Campañas (Campaigns)
• useKanban — Embudos (Funnels)
• useSchedules — Agendamientos (Citas / Agenda)
• useTasks — Tareas (Tasks)
• useWhapibot — WhapiBot
• useIntegrations — Integraciones (Integrations)
• useExternalApi — API externa (External API)

If a module is not included in your plan, the corresponding section will be unavailable or locked until you upgrade.

Trial period

Elite and Pro include a 30-day trial without a card. You can explore the panel before billing starts.

Payment

The subscription is managed in USD via PayPal. Details of your active plan and plan changes are in Administración → Configuración de la empresa → Plan y suscripción.

Personalizado

The Personalizado plan is quoted based on the agents, connections, and modules you need. For a custom proposal, contact [email protected].
