Walk through the drawer tabs: Principal, Buscar, Archivos, Tareas, Citas, Cotizaciones and more.
How to open it
In Chats, open a lead. The side panel (drawer) brings together the lead record and tools.
Tabs

| Buscar | Search messages in the conversation |
| Archivos | Files, links, and documents from the history |
| Tareas | Tasks linked to the lead |
| Citas | Scheduled appointments for the lead |
| Cotizaciones | Linked quotes |
| Envio de producto | Related product shipments |
| Ventas | Sales / receipts for the lead |
| Programados | Scheduled delivery messages |
| Notas | Internal notes |
| Destacados | Highlighted messages |
If there are many tabs, the list scrolls horizontally.
Principal: useful data
In Principal you can update, among other things:
- Assigned user
- Presupuesto (lead price field)
- Priority
- Extra information / custom fields
- Contact data and company link
Tip
Use Archivos, Programados, and Notas during support so you do not leave the chat; reserve Embudos to move the lead’s commercial stage.
