Automations

Automatic rules on leads (create/accept) to move stage or set fields. Admin schema only.

Availability

Automatizaciones appears under Seguimiento only for tenants with an administrative schema (adminSchemaOnly). If you do not see the option, your workspace does not have this module enabled.

Menu Seguimiento → Automatizaciones (when visible).

What it does

You can create rules that fire on lead events and run an action. In the current interface:

Triggers

  • Lead created
  • Lead accepted

Actions

  • Move stage
  • Set fields

Optionally you can narrow by conditions (for example, specific connections). If there are no conditions, the rule applies broadly as defined.

How to use it

  1. Click Nueva automatización.
  2. Define name, trigger, conditions, and action.
  3. Save.
  4. Edit or delete rules from the table.

Careful language

Automations change lead data without manual intervention. Before enabling a rule in production:

  • Test with a controlled trigger
  • Check that the destination stage exists in the correct funnel
  • Avoid overlapping rules that move the same lead multiple times

If you need richer AI conversational flows, combine this with Pasos del embudo and WhapiBot rules, without assuming behaviors you have not configured.
