Manage Citas / Agenda and Tipos de cita. Requires the plan’s useSchedules module.

Plan requirements

Citas / Agenda and Tipos de cita depend on the plan’s scheduling module (useSchedules). If it is not included, the routes show the upgrade option.

Citas / Agenda

Menu Seguimiento → Citas / Agenda (route /schedules).

There you can:

• View appointments in calendario or lista/tabla
• Filter by dates, status, location, and search
• Create or edit appointments with the calendar modal
• Delete appointments with confirmation

Tipos de cita

Menu Seguimiento → Tipos de cita (route /booking-settings).

Configure:

• Tipos de cita (services / service types): duration, rules, and type data
• Horarios per location
• General booking / scheduling settings

If you do not have locations yet, the screen will tell you to create them in the company location settings and come back.

From the lead

In the lead drawer, the Citas tab shows the scheduled appointments linked to that lead.
